Building the Foundations of Success
This is a unique training program for administrative assistants, customer service representatives, financial clerks, and other support professionals, which uses whole brain communication methods to help enhance on-the-job effectiveness and long-term career growth. The half-day course is taught by LeeAnne Hanscom, general manager of McVinney & Company, who is certified in whole brain technology by the Ned Herrmann Group.
LeeAnne is a lively presenter and facilitator who has worked as an administrative assistant in a product company, as a collection officer, and, most recently, as training coordinator and technical support for McVinney & Company.
In addition to the communication and career development topics, the short program introduces additional personal tools and strategies for streamlining and enhancing everyday work and work relationships. It is also an opportunity for support professionals to enjoy the experience of addressing their own on-the-job challenges and issues in a team setting and in a facilitated, creative environment.
