Leadership Programs

Our leadership programs are designed to foster the skills and personal attitudes necessary for leaders in these new, uncertain times. We believe that leadership is about more than decision making and management skills; it is also about collaboration, sustainable practices, and leading from one's genuine beliefs and vision.

*Creating the New Leadership

Already the challenges of the new century are calling on all of us to think and act differently. Leaders everywhere tell us they need clearer stories about where they are headed, more inititative from the middle management, a stronger sense of purpose for employees, and clearer and more compelling values for people to relate to daily. The best leaders are becoming intentionally more aware of their own values, skills, and the related behaviors they demonstrate to influence others. While effective leaders are learning more about who they are and how they lead, they are also embracing the idea of creating "cultures of integrity" where ethical decisions and actions can flourish. At the same time, they are modeling and fostering the creative thinking necessary to meet the continuing intensity of global change and competition. By learning to leverage human potential and tap into expanding networks of influence, they are building new platforms for meaningful growth.

In these programs and consultative services, we focus on all of the items mentioned above, which we see as the new skills and values essential for successful leaders of the 21st Century. At the same time, we do not attempt to leave behind what has worked in the past. The new work is enlightening but not soft, and the results are specific and observable. Any leader who expects to succeed and help others to succeed, will need the flexibility and self awareness these programs are dedicated to developing

*Creating Leadership and Collaboration

In the fast paced business world of today, everyone needs the leadership and communications skills that will make success more likely. Business success is more dependent than ever on collaborating effectively with others in high stakes and high-pressure work environments. Moreover, leaders who have effective collaboration skills can create sustainable organizations through enhancing creativity, community and the core values that support durability. In this program we go beyond the usual style analysis models and instead invent a collaboration technology that can truly change how your organization thinks, communicates and excels in its work.

*The Leader Renewal Program

The leader renewal program is a retreat. Designed to refresh and re-focus business and organizational leaders working in highly stressful times, the program is held in natural environments. It focuses on personal stress management, as well as addressing personal spiritual and creative challenges. The retreat is led by professionals with years of experience in executive and leadership coaching, personal and organizational psychology, and creative thinking. It is filled with opportunity to work with others, spend time in personal contemplation, and address key personal challenges from the workplace in creative and thoughtful ways. The program is meant to refresh and re-charge leaders by giving them time with other corporate and organizational leaders in a contemplative, supportive, and creative environment. The program is two days and two nights in length.
