Team Home
Our newest online product, Team Home, extends the concept of the On-Line Coach for Team Leaders into a broad, multi-part intranet suite of team tools. Within the framework of a "Team Home" - a central home page for team resources - any number of modules can be added according to the specific team-oriented needs of your organization. While the On-Line Coach, the first such module, already includes a wealth of information, additional modules explore other specific aspects of team dynamics and management. Some modules currently under development include:
- Creativity and Innovation
- Facilitating Team Communication
- Sustaining Team Work
- Sharing Knowledge
