Biography: Linda Pollock, Psy.D.

Dr. Linda Pollock is a licensed clinical psychologist. She works with McVinney & Company on special assignments and interventions supporting teams and individuals dealing with stress and change. Dr Pollock's areas of expertise include post traumatic stress syndrome, personal counseling regarding eating and other behavioral disorders, and general therapy. She has been a practitioner in the field for over 10 years.

She began her career in clinical psychology at the Massachusetts School for Professional Psychology, where she received her doctorate in 1991. She has been a consultant to the Tufts University Counseling Center on numerous occasions, is past president of the Massachusetts Association of Psychoanalytic Psychology, and has been published in numerous professional journals. She writes frequently on the topic of women and "agency", and has been a panel member on the New England Cable Network. Her private practice is located in Boston, Massachusetts.
